About Us
Our Origin
We began with one undeniable truth: far too many families are being torn apart by the very system that was meant to protect them. USCPCF was founded by parents, advocates, and professionals who had seen first-hand the trauma of wrongful removals and systemic failures. Out of this pain grew purpose — a collective movement to bring truth, accountability, and justice back into child welfare.
Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to build a child welfare system that protects children without destroying families. We work to ensure the system is transparent, accountable, and guided by justice — so that no parent loses a child without due cause, and no child suffers because of neglect within the system itself
Our Vision
We envision a nation where children are safe, families are supported rather than punished, and communities are empowered to thrive together. In this future, the system uplifts rather than breaks down, ensuring that every child has the chance to grow up with love, stability, and dignity.
Our Core Values
Family Integrity
Children do best when they can remain safely in their own homes and communities.
Justice & Fairness
Every family deserves due process, equal treatment, and protection under the law.
Compassion
Policies should reflect humanity and care, not cold bureaucracy.
